This trip started in May 1999 with Dave leaving Greenfield, OH and meeting me at my house in Franklin, OH around 1:30 in the afternoon.  The trip was 840 miles long lasting the biggest part of 2 1/2 days and took us thru KY, part of VA and WV and of course OH.

Some of the towns we ventured thru for gas/food stops, etc.  were:

KY -> Alexandria, Mt. Sterling, Slade, Beattyville, Jackson, Hazard & Whitesburg; 

VA -> Norton, Jasper, Fort Blackmore & Tazewell; 

WV -> Bishop, War, Welch, Gilbert, Chief Logan State Park & Huntington; 

OH -> Ironton, Oak Hill, Jackson, Chillicothe, Cincinnati, Greenfield & Franklin.

A few pic's from Chief Logan State Park in West Virginia were we stayed the second night.  Beautiful area nestled in the mountains approximately 70 miles south of Huntington, WV off of highway WV-10.
