Trip overview: Jay and Jami made a large western motorcycle loop with the Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Neveda and Utah route portion being shaped much like a figure eight. Their route began in Colorado Springs and continued through Colorado and New Mexico into Arizona, Nevada and Utah before returning through Colorado and then heading east towards Tennessee and Kentucky.

Colorado Springs → Pikes Peak → Salida → Durango → New Mexico → Grand Canyon area → Seligman → Oatman → Laughlin → Hoover Dam / Las Vegas → Zion National Park → Blanding → Million Dollar Highway / Colorado → Four Corners → Texas → Oklahoma → Arkansas → Nashville → Kentucky.
